The company was initially founded in the Netherlands and in early 2006; Javra Nepal was established in Nepal as an outsourcing unit of Javra Software. Process Analyst (Quality Assurance) The Process Analyst is a member of Javra Software’s Quality Assurance team. In this role you be a key member of the Quality Assurance team driving Javra Software’s process improvement effort. You will be an expert in either CMMi or ISO 9000 based process improvement. You will identify areas for process improvement, write process documents, coach and mentor others in the use of the Javra Quality Management System; and you will participate in measuring the performance of both projects and processes. This is not a software test position. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, his/her primary responsibilities are: To learn and understand current work practices (documented or otherwise). Contribute to Javra’s evolving Quality Management System: Improve existing processes, checklists and measures Develop new processes and measures Assist in planning and preparing for audits Promote the process improvement effort through positive attitude, open communication, and active, cooperative assistance to project teams. Work closely with project teams to coach them on the use of processes and procedures emphasizing purpose and value. Serve as an active link between the Quality Assurance group and project teams to communicate and understand changes and provide feedback. Participate in other Quality Assurance activities: Documentation Quality Control Expected experience and profile is as follows: Bachelor/Masters Degree in Engineering or related technical field Experienced with process improvement in a Software Development company Prior experience with either CMMi or ISO 9001:2000 (including ISO90003:2004). Relevant certifications considered highly. You have a reasonable yet principled approach to software quality assurance and a successful track record in working with other employees to reinforce process changes and adoption.
