Javra Nepal
In 2006 Javra started a subsidiary in Nepal. The company develops a variety of software applications working under Progress 4GL platform with the help of its own software development tool called "X/E Files". With this extension a lot of other software disciplines came into the company.
Not only Progress, but also languages like .NET and Java, tools like Crystal Reports and Sonic, Web design and XAML design and Linux and security.
AJAX Programmer
Javra Software is seeking experienced AJAX Programmer to join our Research and Development. The group is a world class knowledge center on various Application Platforms.
The Research and Development Group implements and delivers projects according to the requirements of our international customers.
AJAX programmer has the following core requirements:
- Excellent javascript skills ( 1+ years of coding experience)
- Knowledge of AJAX
- Experience in web programming (PHP/ASP)
- Good understanding of HTTP protocol
-Preference would be given to candidates experienced in Dojo, Scriptaculous , Yahoo user interface and Google toolkit.
-References of previous work in related field would be required.
-Candidates have to be prepared to answer advanced level javascript/AJAX questions.
Required experience and profile is as follows
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar. Masters degree is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English language.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages and tools.
• Confidence in estimating time needed for tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The following skills are optional but desirable:
• Knowledge of Dutch language
• Experience with Progress 4GL
